**Role Overview**:
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to learn and develop within a growth sector.

Reporting into the Sales Team, this role involves supporting the Sales team within the group. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Check data accuracy in orders, invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Initiate investigations into missing stock or any other issues with orders once dispatched.
- Help to collate data and communication with the Field Sales teams/new customers.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Manually input or price orders when needed.
- Help to cover overall workload when an account manager is on leave.
- Cover all aspects dealing with stock supply/ordering to Vapouriz.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Logging leads Issuing credits

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Willingness to learn, enthusiastic and outgoing.
- A dedicated team player
- Good communication skills
- Organised with an attention to detail.
- Experience of MS Office (MS Excel at a basic level)
- Prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently to meet customer requests, and other responsibilities. The ability to adapt to changing priorities whilst liaising with sales teams, customer service, and other departments.
