Job Description

Process, Maintain and Administer HR Admin related transactions & provide support across Workforce administration, Case management, payroll, remuneration etc.
Process movements (Transfers, relocation, international mobility, Organization structural changes) and Leave & Absence management related requests.
Manage assigned part of the process according to the process flow & documentation.
Organize knowledge sharing sessions both within the team and cross teams.
Update all required process documentation (process maps & procedures) within agreed timeframes on the defined support tool.
Should be able to track and resolve HR admin related tickets.
Should be aware about the backed HR Operations.
Liaison with third parties, vendors and multiple stakeholders as required.
Report errors and issues to the line manager.
Ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Exhibit strong problem solving and business acumen skills.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in written & verbal communication skills.

Skills Required

Strong Process knowledge in “Workforce Administration”.
Excellent job organization and time management.
Attention to details and very good analytical.
Excellent Communication skills.
Adequate MS office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
