As a Administrator your role will be diverse and will vary day to day; you may be assisting anyone of our administration teams, which include our Bookings, Outpatients, Medical Records Departments and also our Reception/Concierge Teams.

As a Administrator, you will:

The role of General Administrator is a diverse and varied role working across multiple teams, some of the tasks that you will assist with may include:

  • Working on any one of our Reception areas which would include meeting and greeting patients and visitors to the Hospital, checking in patients, organising post collections and taking calls from our switchboard.

  • Assisting in our Bookings Departments processing referrals from GP's, taking bookings from patients, booking in surgery dates.

  • Working in our Medical Records department prepping clinics, updating patient notes.


As a Administrator, you will have:

  • To be a good all round team player.

  • To be able to work under pressure and have the ability to adapt/react quickly to requests sometimes at short notice.

  • To have had some experience in a similar role before would be an advantage.

  • Have a good IT skills including MS Word, Excel an advantage but not essential.

We take pride in delivering high standards of patient care to both private patients and the NHS. Our facilities include 44 purpose built en-suite rooms, three operating theatres and an endoscopy theatre. Other facilities include physiotherapy, health screening, diagnostics and a dental suite. We are located in Woodingdean, on the east side of Brighton with easy access by rail and road, including free parking.
