This roll is an entry level position suitable for individuals looking to gain valuable office experience and develop their administrative skills. The office junior will work closely with various members of the team to contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Handling incoming and outcoming documents, including sorting and distributing as necessary. Supporting the maintenance of office supplies and equipment and coordinating any necessary repairs or replacements. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in electronic and paper-based filing systems. Creating work packages for each job and making them available for shop floor staff. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing Coc’s for invoices and ensuring files are complete. Providing support to other team members and departments as needed. Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training and instruction. To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.Quality Assurance
Comply with the requirements of the Company Quality Management System (QMS) Awareness and understanding of your responsibilities within the QMS Comply with QMS procedure and instructions. Participate in Internal and External Quality Audits Contribute to general improvements in the quality and key activities of the department/area.SKILLS, TRAINING & SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
Scottish certificate of education at a higher level or equivalent. Strong organizational skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in using basic office software such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, outlook). Ability to work effectively bath independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.-
