Superior Recruitment Group are proud to be working in partnership with a prestigious Law Firm based in Banchory in their search for a Property Assistant on a part time basis.

This is a job share with an existing member of staff, and will require you to work the following shifts:

17.5 hours per week as follows:
Week 1 - Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Week 2 - Thursdays and Fridays

Working hours are from 9am to 5pm, inclusive of a 1 hour lunch break, which shall be taken at the direction of the Firm.

There is a specific requirement to cover your job share's holidays.

Duties will include:

* Assist with inquiries and participate in all aspects of the marketing of a property as provided in property department practices and procedures, when required;

* Negotiation of offers;

* Carry out general administrative and reception duties, as well as cash work;

* Schedule attendance by Property Consultants at property valuations and/or take on of properties to be marketed for sale by the Firm;

* Schedule appointments and duties for Viewing Agents;

* Liaise and assist colleagues as reasonably required, relative to the sale of properties marketed by the Firm; all to be carried out in accordance with the property department practices and procedures and property department database and systems;

* Promoting and referring clients, where appropriate, to the firm's Financial Services Department;

Skills and experience

* Experience of working in property sales desirable with a strong ability to take responsibility and evolve in the role.

* The successful candidate should have excellent client relation and communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and the ability prioritise workload accordingly.

* Strong sales, IT and administrative skills essential as well as a good local knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
