Based on the outskirts of Aberdeen, not far from Stonehaven, local energy company is working with TMM exclusively to source an individual for their QESH Administrator vacancy. Due to the nature of duties, strong IT skills and familiarity with administrative support is required however you must have the ability to proactively work, keen for variety in your role and comfortable working within both an office and workshop environment. Due to location, you must be able to drive / have access by car.

Reporting into the QESH Manager, you will be supporting with all administrative tasks within the department. Opportunity to develop within the role is also available.

**Main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Performing a wide range of administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining QESH records.
- Assisting in QHSE meetings including documenting and distributing the agenda and minutes.
- Supporting NCR process, ensuring NCRs are captured and closed out in timely manner.
- Assisting in the preparation of QESH monthly reports and Management Reviews.
- Supporting the maintenance of QESH Training Matrix, ESH Observations, Occupational Health Register and any other QESH Registers.
- Completing and monitoring the return of various QESH reports, assisting management to ensure all actions are completed in a timely manner.
- Data compilation into the reporting system.
- Supporting the QESH Manager in the maintenance of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 and Achilles UVDB certifications.
- Supporting with the purchasing of QESH material including PPE.
