JobSummary:

As a Sales SupportConsultant at Tiger Eye you will play a crucial role in driving oursales efforts by showcasing the value and capabilities of ourproducts to new and existing clients. You will be responsible fordelivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations thatalign with the clients needs and objectives. The ideal candidatewill have a deep understanding of our products possess excellentcommunication skills and thrive in a dynamic and collaborativeenvironment.

KeyResponsibilities:

ProductDemonstrations:

  • Conductengaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to thespecific needs of prospective clients.
  • Showcasethe key features and benefits of our products addressing clientpain pointseffectively.

ClientPresentations:

  • Collaboratewith the commercial team to understand client requirements andtailor presentations accordingly.
  • Clearlyarticulate the value proposition of our products to diverseaudiences including Senior Partners Directors Lawyers and ITteams.

TechnicalExpertise:

  • Develop adeep understanding of all our products staying updated on newfeatures and enhancements.
  • Provide technicalinsights and guidance to clients during demonstrations andpresentations.

Collaboration:

  • Workclosely with the commercial marketing and product development teamsto ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Gatherfeedback from client interactions and communicate insights to therelevant teams for continuousimprovement.
  • Ensure client expectations areclearly articulated to the professional services deliveryteam.

ClientRelationshipBuilding:

  • Build strongrelationships with potential clients by understanding theirbusiness goals and challenges.
  • Act as a trustedadvisor offering solutions that align with the clientsobjectives.


EssentialSkills &Experience

  • Handsonexperience of working with and delivering Legal applicationsideally iManage or another Document ManagementSolution.
  • Experience designing cloud migrationstrategies.
  • Good understanding of cloudsecurity compliance and governance.
  • Experiencedesigning functional Data protection solutions aroundSPM.
  • Handson experience in creating andpresenting products and software solution business cases and ROIanalysis.
  • Training or Teaching experience wouldbe consideredbeneficial
