Global Technology consultancy is looking for a UK sales leader to manage and develop an existing Corporate Account management team.

This client is a fast growth, global, technology and insight services specialist in the fast moving world of TMT (technology, media & telecomms). They have a unique offering of proprietary software, consultancy, technology advisory and bespoke industry insightthat are currently disrupting the sector globally.

Due to recent growth and promotion they are looking to appoint a Sales Director to lead and develop a team of 5 Corporate Account Managers focused on a combined portfolio of around 250 corporate clients.

In this fast paced sales leadership role you will oversee a team of 5 Account managers with combined targets of renewals and new business of around £6M. Working closely with the team you will be supporting and guiding them in preparing account planning,business development, opportunity planning, whitespace analysis and forecasting.

The role needs a deal manager, capable of joining the Account Managers on client calls, visits and reviews, mentoring and coaching them through complex opportunities using a structured sales methodology. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer the role willrequire you to be able to actively participate in weekly board level sales and operational management review meetings.

This role requires someone with high energy levels and a proven track record as a Key Accounts developer. You have already had 3+ years as a leader already but have been looking for the opportunity to take the next step and be instrumental in growing a keyaccounts team. Experience within the research, insights or technology consulting sectors is highly valued.
