Join a leader in the digital learning industry I am working exclusively with a forward-thinking company to hire a Director of Sales with experience of driving high performance in a direct to consumer / D2C / B2C digital sales environment. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for driving results, I am seeking a Director of Sales to lead the dedicated sales team to new heights.As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. You will lead a team of sales agents, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure targets are not just met, but exceeded. This role requires a good understanding of selling digital services to consumers, organising & optimising Salesforce, and introducing technology, automation and sales tools to help convert leads into learner enrolments. It would be great for the Director of Sales to have:

Proven track record of success in direct to consumer / D2C / B2C digital sales, with experience in a leadership / managerial role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Salesforce and tech savvy when it comes to introducing automation and modern sales tools to aid sales performance
Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and KPIs
