WHAT TO EXPECT

As part of the Communications and Insights Centre of Excellence, the Global Events and Brand Activation team delivers all companywide event activity. 

You’ll be responsible for the delivery of all Corporate Events across the Commercial chapter working on events from brief to execution ensuring exceptional Modern Luxury standards are maintained. 

This role will protect and enhance brand integrity while achieving flawless event delivery working on a diverse range of events and activities and also support the delivery of live events across the Global Events and Brand Activations team including, global launches, media drives, PR Events and key lifestyle and sponsorship activations.

In addition to delivering events for the Commercial Chapter, you’ll receive and interpret briefs from across the organisation and act as a consultant to those outside of the Commercial Chapter to support with the delivery of class leading events.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Creatively interpret briefs from a variety of stakeholders and advise the stakeholder on the estimated budgets to deliver the event that is being asked Track all event expenditure, raise all relevant quotes and shopping carts and post event be responsible for the event reconciliation Liaise with key stakeholders to pull together content that will be presented at the event and source supporting assets (both physical and digital) Work with creative to get their input and sign off on the look and feel for the event  Pull together a clear list of roles and responsibilities for the team that will be delivering the event in the build up and during the live event, as well as sourcing the team who will be delivering the event, briefing them on their roles and ordering their appropriate uniform

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas  Very well organised and can multi-task who can work in a demanding environment and can meet strict deadlines whilst working in a fast faced environment is also adaptable and flexible to change  Has a creative and innovative mindset and is willing to think outside the box to develop unique events and experiences for clients Good problem solving skills – should be able to think quickly to make decisions under pressure

Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 12 months. If you are a permanent employee, you will return to your current role / team at the end of the assignment unless you find an alternative role. If you are a fixed term employee, you will be offered a new fixed term contract for this assignment.


This role may offer the opportunity for hybrid working where you can split your time between working from home and in the office. At JLR, hybrid working is a voluntary, non-contractual arrangement providing employees with more choice and flexibility around how, when and where they work, if suitable for their role.
