We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Trade Coordinator to join our team. As a Global Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for expediting outbound movements on behalf of our clients, ensuring excellent customer service and proactive involvement in finding solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage transport orders for all modes: You will be responsible for creating and managing transport orders for various modes of transportation, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Plan and arrange international consignments: You will work closely with clients to plan and arrange international consignments, ensuring that all requirements are met and that shipments are delivered on time.
  • Complete export/import documents and customs entries: You will be responsible for completing all necessary export and import documents, as well as customs entries, to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collect VAT/Duty from customers: You will be responsible for collecting VAT and duty from customers as required.
  • Monitor outbound movement's end-to-end: You will be responsible for monitoring the movement of shipments from origin to destination, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate onsite with various departments: You will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient planning and execution of shipments.
  • Quote new traffic and manage day-to-day invoicing and job costing: You will be responsible for quoting new traffic and managing day-to-day invoicing and job costing.
  • Record, monitor, and coordinate potential insurance claims: You will be responsible for recording, monitoring, and coordinating potential insurance claims.
  • Communicate with overseas offices/partners: You will be responsible for communicating with overseas offices and partners to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
  • Ensure prompt and efficient handling of enquiries and communications: You will be responsible for ensuring prompt and efficient handling of enquiries and communications.
