Undertake nursing assessment and evaluation to enabledevelopment of appropriate plans of care based on the needs of the individual Be able to work under own initiative andwithout direct supervision Beproficient in the delivery of care to patients Ensure safeadministration of drugs in accordance with NMC and CHS policies Ensure accurate records are kept inaccordance with CHS policy and NMC guidelines Carry outnursing procedures and techniques in accordance with agreed policies andstandards Undertakeregular mandatory training**Dependingon the Trust, you may require variableadditionalcertification andskills*

East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust works across hospital sites, providing a full range of services, including specialist care in urology, renal medicine, cancer, plastic surgery and ophthalmology. What you'll need:
A minimum of 6 months paid experience within an oncology ward environment within the last 3 years Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices*Depending on the Trust, you may require variable additional certification and skills.
