This role involves sellingproducts gaining market access for new products and ensuring thedelivery of sales and market access outcomes at a territorylevel.

Aboutyou:

The ideal candidate will havethe following:

  • Educated to degreelevel or equivalent.
  • Track record of consistentsales success in both Primary & SecondaryCare.
  • Experience in payer and cliniciancustomerfacing roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcareindustry.
  • Successful account management anddelivering a mutual agenda based on strong customerinsight.
  • Evidence of developing andimplementing successful complex businessplans.
  • Understanding of national and local NHSdrivers influencing local healthcarepriorities.
  • Indepth understanding of WomensHealth and other important diseaseareas.
  • Familiarity with the ABPI Code ofPractice and relevant regulations.
  • Strongnetworking interpersonal and influencingskills.
  • Computer literacy and a full drivinglicense.

About therole:

As a Womens Health AccountManager following are your key responsibilities:

  • Hit sales targets for the portfoliowithin designated territories.
  • Deliverobjectives for the UK within allocated resources resolving keyissues as they arise.
  • Achieve an agreedactivity rate on key customers in designated accounts including GPsKey Secondary Care customers Pharmacies and others asdirected.
  • Build a deep understanding of theenvironment covering customers patients Womens Health and otherimportant disease areas.
  • Develop mutuallybeneficial relationships with leading influencers anddecisionmakers on the territory.
  • Create andmaintain a business plan covering key customers and LHEs within theterritory aligned with companyobjectives.
  • Develop advocacy access andawareness across LHEs for Theramexbrands.
  • Facilitate the development offormularies positive policies and guidelines for Theramexbrands.
  • Maintain uptodate and accurate customerrecords in the company contact recordingsystem.
  • Identification of projects which willdeliver a win for the patient the NHS andTheramex.
