We are seeking a strategic and resultsoriented NationalSales Manager to lead our team foster key partnerships and drivesales growth in our defined products and therapy areas. As theNational Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in maximizingUK Sales Performance developing the team of UK Womens HealthAccount Managers and contributing to strategic decisions within theUK Leadership Team.
Aboutyou:
The ideal candidate will havethe following:
- Educated to DegreeLevel or similar (Registered General Nurse RGN)preferred.
- ABPIQualified
- Extensive experience in thepharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience insales management
- Full UK DrivingLicense
About therole:
You will be responsible forthe following:
- Maximize UK SalesPerformance through strategic planning andexecution.
- Lead mentor and develop the UKWomens Health Account Managers team including recruitment coachingand performance management.
- Collaborate closelywith the UK Leadership Team providing valuable insights customerfeedback and market knowledge for strategicdecisionmaking.
- Oversee and manage all relevantinternal systems ensuring compliance with Pharmacovigilance CRMsystems expenses systems and PMsystems.
- Develop and nurture customerrelationships to enhance therapy area knowledge and brandloyalty.
- Identify and create partnershipopportunities with customers and patients to drive growth andmarket share.
- Manage all activities withinagreed Profit & Loss (P&L) parameters to maximizeprofitability.
