Main duties of the job

As our chief strategy and partnerships officer and member of our Executive Team, you will share our desire for collaboration,driving the very best in delivery outcomes. You will be ambitious for our population and will have a demonstrable track record inachieving strategic change, with results that demonstrate sustained positive impact.

This is a key position at NHS Kent and Medway; it holds executive oversight of strategic transformational change programmes and strategic transformation across our four health and care partnerships, provider collaboratives and clinical networks tosupport integration of health and care services.

The role is also responsible for development and delivery of our main integrated care board strategies, including Kent and Medway Integrated Care Strategy and the NHS Strategy for Kent and Medway.

Essential

Significant experience at board level. Demonstrable record of developing strategy and managing change through integration of services across traditional organisational boundaries. Significant experience of working with system partners to influence and collaborate on health and care delivery decisions. Evidence of well-developed and effective networks, including partnership working across health and social care.

Qualifications

Essential

Master's qualification or equivalent experience of strategic leadership and management in a complex health care environment.
