Job Description

Placed within the Global Learning and Development Team, the Global L&D Project Manager will be a key support in the management of the healthcare learning strategy for Publicis employees working across the Groupe in multiple markets outside of the US (Ex-US). You will report into the Global L&D Senior Business Partner, who reports into the Director of L&D for the Global Business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end healthcare-related training, strategy development and cross-functional alignment (media, production, data)
  • Help improve employees' understanding of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) e.g. GPs and Physicians, and the role the play
  • Support in the development of healthcare learning material and toolkits through strong collaboration with key stakeholders (Clinical Education, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, etc.)
  • Build and manage the learning/onboarding community, ensuring that learning content is updated and communicated effectively
  • Work with discipline and market leads to ensure that the learning needs and market nuances are being met and guiding teams through the right learning for their roles
  • Provide professional project management support to ensure global project plans are designed and executed in line with planned time, cost and quality
  • Work closely with external medical experts to better understand the medical compliance, essential for teams to be aware of
  • Collaborate with the US L&D team working on healthcare learning to align on strategies, share content and then localise for Ex-US relevance
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions
  • Facilitate and host training session within the Global Business team
  • Manage the onboarding process from and L&D perspective

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar L&D training role, preferably within an agency environment
  • Proven ability to build and deliver learning strategy that caters to a varied multi-channel team (many non-healthcare experts) with the support of your senior leader
  • Willingness to participate in meetings to communicate the learning plan and address stakeholder concerns with a true partnership mindset
  • Excellent storytelling capabilities with clear communication skills (written and verbal), to easily distil the complexities of the healthcare vertical
  • Empathy and understanding of the learning needs across markets (e.g. different languages)
  • Ability to work with technology, such as translation tools, to enhance training material
  • Strong Microsoft skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Teams etc.)
  • Familiarity with Legal, Regulatory and Medical parameters in multi-stakeholder matrix environment is advantageous
