As a Sports Advisor/Sales Assistant, your role is to ensure all customers leave our stores with a smile. You're the MVP in giving top-notch customer service and boosting sales. Whether it's a warm welcome or a lightning-fast checkout, your goal is to ace every shopping experience

Decathlon is all about nurturing its team members, giving them the chance to grow and shine within the company. In a nutshell, your job description will involve:

Passionate Customer Service: Through your passion for sport, you’ll share tips and experiences with users. Through our hands-on product training, you will be able to give the best technical advice for the sports you are responsible for. Decathlon has shifted into an omnichannel business so our sports advisors and sales assistants must be able to assist customers in all aspects of retail shopping, whether that’s in-store or online

Merchandising - Whether full-time or part-time, every Sales Assistant is encouraged to take responsibility for autonomously managing stock levels and pricing and to provide a high level of merchandising so that each customer can easily find the right product for their sports practice.

Being a Team Player - Join a crew of Sports Advisors who sleep and breathe sports Together, you'll be high-fiving victories and tackling challenges as a team. It's all about rocking the team spirit while also owning your game independently.

Additional Information:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to work usual retail hours including evenings and weekends. The role will be shop-floor based with full Covid-19 safety regulations and precautions in place. The safety of our teammates and customers is our main priority during these times.
