We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to lead our Brand Partnerships function within the Global Brand Team. This pivotal role will govern all high-profile brand partnerships, ensuring alignment with our brand values and leading value creation from these key partnerships. The Senior Brand Partnerships Manager will interface with key functions across the business, including Marketing, Communications, Retail, and Client Experience, and will lead on all relationships, communications, and content briefing requirements for key partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management:
    • Lead, inspire, and develop the Brand Partnerships Team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
    • Set clear objectives and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of the Global Brand Team
    • Provide strategic direction and mentorship, promoting professional growth and high performance
  • Partnership Strategy and Governance:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand partnerships strategy that aligns with our global brand vision and business objectives
    • Establish robust governance frameworks to manage and evaluate existing and potential partnerships
    • Ensure all partnerships reflect our brand values, enhance our brand equity, and deliver measurable business value
  • Opportunity Identification and Evaluation:
    • Identify and evaluate high-profile partnership opportunities across diverse industries and markets
    • Conduct thorough due diligence to assess the strategic fit, potential risks, and value creation potential of each opportunity
    • Develop compelling business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key partners and stakeholders
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all high-profile brand partnerships
    • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that deliver optimal outcomes for both parties
  • Execution and Performance Monitoring:
    • Oversee the successful execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with our brand activities
    • Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions
    • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance the value derived from partnerships
  • Brand Alignment and Innovation:
    • Ensure all partnerships are consistent with our brand identity, values, and strategic priorities
    • Drive innovation by exploring new partnership models and opportunities that push the boundaries and perceptions of our brand
    • Champion the integration of world-class technologies into our partnership strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or strategic marketing, preferably within the luxury or automotive sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-profile brand partnerships on a global scale
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for the luxury automotive industry and a deep understanding of brand dynamics
