We’re seeking a Brand Identity Project Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Brand Strategy Manager, you will help support the daily running and development of our Brand Identity department, collaborating closely with our Brand Strategy, Editorial, Creative, and Partnerships functions. This is a crucial role for building our brand identity, experiences, and guidelines.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and our office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do

Project Management: Working in partnership with the Creative, Editorial, Strategy, Partnerships, Digital & Design teams, project manage the output of all Brand Identity & Experience projects. Develop project plans, allocate resources and define milestones. Update project planning tools, tracking and reporting on project statuses.

Workflow Coordination: Plan, prioritise, and coordinate all Brand Identity workstreams. Ensure projects are on track, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated effectively.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain key relationships both internally and externally with our agency partners.

Brand Guidelines & Style Guides: Work closely with the Senior Manager-Brand Identity to keep our Brand Guidelines & Style Guides up to date and relevant.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Design team to align design objectives, applications and coordination of similar workstreams.

Brand Support & Guardianship: Ensure that both internal teams and external partners adhere to our brand standards across all channels and applications. Provide brand support to various departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Events & Experiences: Work with our Events, Real Estate & Design teams to support on Brand requirements for all Forseven environments

 

Naming & Trademarks: Manage the framework for naming. Work with Legal on trademarking and IP projects.

Review Coordination: Support the Head of Brand & Partnerships and the Brand Strategy Manager with creative review coordination and output planning. Manage project review gateways with senior stakeholders.

 

Who you are

  • Experienced as a Project Manager in a global brand or creative environment
  • Luxury or automotive experience would be advantageous
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
  • Aware of trademarking and IP registration processes
  • Strong project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and articulate effectively across departments and cultures.
  • Excellent proof-reading and quality control skills
