We’re seeking a Brand Creative Producer to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our Senior Manager Brand Creative. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be a key team member in the creation of highly impactful, contemporary creative, driven by compelling storytelling. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all film and photographic productions to ensure the production of high-quality visual content that aligns with the brands vision and enhances the company's image across multiple platforms.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you’ll do

  • Manage all stages of film and photographic production, from pre-production to post-production.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary resources for production.
  • Collaborate with the brand creative, marketing and communications teams to understand project goals and ensure visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and messaging.
  • Provide creative input and feedback during the development of concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, production companies, photographers, videographers, editors, and other creative professionals.
  • Ensure all suppliers and partners meet the company's quality standards and project requirements.
  • Handle contracts, agreements, and performance evaluations for all external partners in conjunction with procurement.
  • Ensure all visual content meets the highest quality standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of all production deliverables, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Handle all logistical aspects of production, including scheduling, transportation, risk assessments, permits, and accommodations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all production activities.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols for all production activities.
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and partners.
  • Oversee the editing, colour grading, sound design, and other post-production processes to ensure the final product is polished and professional.
  • Manage the storage, organisation, and archiving of all production assets and files.

 

Who you are

  • Proven experience in film and photographic production within automotive and/or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the power and importance of brand management and storytelling.
