As our Senior Designer, you will work with a dynamic team of designers, copywriter, and multimedia specialists to develop innovative and compelling visual and written content. Working closely with the Content Manager, this role involves managing the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

Due to the nature of the role you will be required to work on site at Bicester Village 4 days a week.

What you will be doing

Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company’s goals and brand identity. Lead the design of all creative produced for Bicester Village prior to submitting material to the Central Creative team when needed Design and produce artwork for all external communications (press and outdoor advertising, direct mailings, leaflet and mini-leaflet updates, website, email, specific offers & folders). Working with the Graphic Designer to ensure all work is delivered within agreed deadlines, budget and with high quality  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables. Manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. Oversee the creation of diverse content including digital campaigns, in-village assets, social media graphics, videos, and more. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice. 

What makes you special

We are looking for an individual who can display the following experience and skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field. 3-5+ years of experience in a creative design role in in a similar industry. A healthy passion of the luxury industry, taking references and staying in the know of big moments, trends and compelling campaigns. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software. Highly proficient in post-production techniques, with experience retouching still imagery and video editing (Premier Pro / After Effects) Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital media. Exceptional creative thinker with an eye for detail, open communication and presentation skills. Understanding of email design, web design, UI/UX principles, and video production. Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
