About the RoleAs a Senior Designer at Bicester Village, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for developing innovative and compelling visual and written content. You will work closely with the Content Manager to manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and delivering impactful campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.
- Lead the design of all creative produced for Bicester Village prior to submitting material to the Central Creative team when needed.
- Design and produce artwork for all external communications, including press and outdoor advertising, direct mailings, leaflets, and website content.
- Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure all work is delivered within agreed deadlines, budget, and high quality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals and deliverables.
- Oversee the creation of diverse content, including digital campaigns, in-village assets, social media graphics, videos, and more.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a creative design role in a similar industry.
- A healthy passion for the luxury industry, staying up-to-date on trends and compelling campaigns.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design software.
- Highly proficient in post-production techniques, with experience retouching still imagery and video editing.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing principles, and digital media.
- Exceptional creative thinker with an eye for detail, open communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of email design, web design, UI/UX principles, and video production.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
