Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with Absolute Taste's objectives, focusing on maximising revenue and profitability.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring commercial targets are met. Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and manage pricing strategies for various products and services, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Use data to inform business decisions and strategy adjustments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Sales Growth: Identify and develop new revenue streams, expanding the company's market reach and driving sales growth across different sectors.
Estimate Salary Range:$90,000 - $120,000 per annum
