Become part of the Supporter Recruitment team as a Digital Acquisition Manager and lead the change in expanding our supporter base and forging meaningful connections with those who share our vision for a better world.

Please note this is a 10 months fixed term opportunity.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

Experience of successfully leading growth in a multi-channel supporter acquisition programme, digital fundraising or emergency fundraising programmes. Proven experience of a digital first approach to supporter engagement. A data-led decision maker who has driven continuous improvement through testing and learning. Experience of working with agencies on audience research, developing successful propositions and delivery of supporter recruitment activity. A good understanding of public campaigning and a passion for understanding and activating target audiences to achieve our mission.  A creative solutions finder who can go beyond the ideas to rapidly put tests in place.
