This fascinating organisation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional on a temporary basis until the end of the year.

You will be responsible for supporting the coordination of employee initiatives and recruitment activities for an international region. You will demonstrate expert organization and be a motivated, self-starter who is passionate about Talent Acquisition.

A confident communicator, and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels, you will always maintain a confidential and professional manner. Reliability and adaptability are vital for this role.

**Temporary Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator Responsibilities**
- Being the first point of contact for all recruitment related queries
- Creating and posting job adverts, and running audits
- Arranging interviews and gathering feedback
- Collating and organising relevant documents related to placements
- Supporting with reporting and analytics to gather statistics
- Identify and implement improvements on processes
- Acting as an ambassador and role model for the client’s best practices

**Temporary Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator Requirements**
- Experience of working in a recruitment or talent acquisition position previously
- Experience working across international time zones would be beneficial however not essential
- Resilient, highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Proactive, self-motivated and a completer-finisher
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, & work effectively under pressure
- Able to manage conflicting priorities whilst maintaining good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and motivated to provide proactive communications without prompting.

**Location**

This role is based in Central Oxford (OX1), and there is no parking available, so public transport or bike would be the best options.
