About the role:
Working with a team that is Talent focused and fast-paced where you will be given plenty of autonomy and scope to help develop and define new ideas. The Talent Acquisition team are creative and innovative who always looking for fresh recruitment solutions; the successful candidate will be at the forefront of this and will play a part in the success of recruiting to a full compliment of staff at Activate Learning.
The Activate Learning Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a pivotal role within our close knit, collaborative team, delivering a professional, business-focused talent acquisition service to candidates and hiring managers. Providing guidance, coaching and workshops to hiring managers ensuring they have the knowledge and understanding to successfully recruit whist following a fair and impartial selection.
Proactively identify and cultivate candidate pipelines through representation at recruitment events and direct sourcing, contributing to the enhancement of the employer brand and success of the expanding our talent pool of potential talent.
The Talent team are part of the HR department which is a diverse and collaborative team that includes Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Reward, HR Services, and Business Partnering.

What do you need to be a successful Talent Acquisition Advisor at Activate Learning?
To thrive in this position, you must demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills.
This role requires daily communication with key stakeholders internally and externally, it is pivotal that the right candidate has exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong, lasting relationships
About you ;
Previous experience working within a similar role within recruitment/talent acquisition is an essential criteria.Significant interview experience at a variety of levels
Experience of writing engaging advert content
Proven success in direct sourcing via a variety of channels including social media
Excellent relationship building skills with the confidence in providing advice and offering an outstanding level of customer service to stakeholders
