**About the role**:
The Talent team are part of the HR department which is a diverse and collaborative team that includes Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, HR Information Systems (HRIS), Reward, HR Services, and Business Partnering.
- Permanent, full-time position based at our Oxford College; Hybrid working_

- Experience of working in a high volume environment
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and effectively prioritise diverse demands from various business areas.
- Strong communication skills
