**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice here at IRUN Ltd.

At IRUN Ltd we focus on Web Design and Development, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge in this. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an interest in marketing and websites.

You will gain an understanding of the tech world you may not have seen before. Your main goal will be to assist the team to help grow the business the increase brand awareness.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Website Development**:Assisting our Web Designers with creating websites, changing content and assisting customers with website queries. Some of the tasks will include; creating graphics for the web, development of CSS / HTML, managing existing websites, and testing / running QA on websites.
- **Social Media Management**: Assisting the management of various social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, researching topics and monitoring engagement. You will also be interacting with other suitable accounts, re-tweeting, commenting and liking across platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Assisting in the creation of different types of content such as blog posts, infographics, videos, and images. You will be using design software to create engaging content.
- **Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)**: Assisting in optimising website content for search engines to increase individual website performance, including our own.
- **Research and Development**: Keeping up-to-date with digital marketing trends and researching new marketing techniques and tools.
- **Collaboration and teamwork**: Collaborating with other team members to contribute ideas and ensure that digital marketing campaigns are cohesive and effective.
- **General office administration**:Assisting in answering telephone calls and taking messages for other members of staff, managing your calendar, and maintaining internal spreadsheets.

**What we are looking for**:
**Skills and qualities**:

- They should be passionate about Digital Marketing and have an understanding of Social Media and how it can help a business.
- An interest of Web Design is also beneficial. You will be required to use the telephone regularly and attend online meetings, so a confident telephone manner is required.
- We’re looking for a creative mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), an executive agency of the Department for Education.

To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
