Job Overview:

As a Sales Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with key clients across the United Kingdom. This is a remote position with frequent travel to meet customers, understand their needs, and promote our ManageEngine solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
    • Develop account plans, forecast sales, and track customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing key accounts.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Conduct on-site visits and meetings with clients across the UK to understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in our CRM system.
    • Provide regular reports on key account performance and sales forecasts.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in the IT solutions domain.
  • Strong understanding of IT management solutions and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work remotely and travel extensively within the UK.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in key account management or sales
