Community Mental Health Nurse-Community Mental Health Team

The shift pattern is MON-FRI 9-5PM
This is a key role within a Community Adult Mental Health Team. You will have a key role in assessment, treatment and support of adults with mental health issues residing within South Glasgow. You will manage a caseload of patients and engage in regular MDT working.
You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration. You should have effective communication skills, both written and verbal. This post requires that pre-employment checks are carried out as part of NHS GG&C Policy.
This is a permanent post with full time hours. Hours of work are; Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
This post requires PVG Scheme Membership/Disclosure Scotland Check.
