What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and continuous improvement of SEND and inclusion across the Education Provision (EP)
  • Teaching primary-aged pupils with complex needs (0.4 teaching commitment)
  • Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance SEND services
  • Managing and supporting staff involved in SEND provision
  • Implementing effective intervention programs
  • Acting as a Designated Teacher for Children Looked After (CLA) and a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL)

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Qualified Teacher Status with a passion for SEND
  • Holds or is willing to complete the NASENCO Qualification within two years
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Innovative, with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
