Lead SEND Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator to oversee the provision of inclusive education in our vibrant educational community. As a dedicated SEND leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning environment for children with complex needs.

About the Role

  • Leverage your expertise in SEND to lead the development and continuous improvement of SEND services across our Education Provision
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to enhance SEND services and contribute to the overall success of the school
  • Collaborate with staff members to implement effective intervention programs and promote positive outcomes for students with SEND
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEND policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • NASENCO qualification or willingness to pursue it within two years
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing staff and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
