**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced SENCo to lead and manage SEN provision across our school in Swindon. As a key member of our SEN team, you will coordinate personalized learning plans, work closely with teachers and support staff, and ensure compliance with SEN legislation.

Requirements

- Experience working as a SENCo or in a leadership role within SEN
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
