Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, forwardthinking, and experienced Business Manager to lead and support our developingPCN Management Team and wider more established PCN teams. The postholder willwork closely with the Leadership & Management Team, to build resilienceinto a PCN that has grown substantially in the last 3 years from four membersof staff to over 30.

After a sustained period of growth and maximizingour ARRS spending the PCN is in a strong position to grow and developfurther. We are focused on retainingand developing staff, recruiting additional roles to enhance the service forour patients and, and fulfil on our existing projects and pilots. We take pridein our outstanding staff, working closely with our member practices providingexcellent care for our patients. Trinity Health Group along with 6other PCNs are hosted by Conexus - the GP Confederation for Wakefield.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will have overall responsibilityfor management and leadership of all PCN employed staff, resources, finances,support services and subcontractors and achievements of KPIs and outcomes.

Qualifications

Essential

Recognised management qualification or equivalent management experience and training Evidence of continuing professional development.

Desirable

Educated to degree level or higher in Management or similar. Coaching qualification. Project Management Qualification

Experience

Essential

Experience of coaching and mentoring a team Experience of successfully managing multi-disciplinary teams, including welfare, performance, and development. Experience of Using Microsoft 365 applications Experience of creating reports, and project plans. Experience of delivering service development and managing projects. Experience of working with a range of busy professionals in a changing environment Knowledge of budget and financial management processes with evidence of successfully managing limited budgets effectively. Experience of working within Primary Care.

Desirable

Experienced System One user Experience of managing contracts. Experience of developing business plans / case. Experience of working to targets within a budget. Experience working as a PCN Business Manager Detailed understanding of governance and assurance in complex partnerships.
