Are you a proven Business Development Manager seeking a hybrid role? With an existing customer base across West Yorkshire the opportunities are endless, including managing existing client relationships /upselling and also adding new clients to the system.
Business can be both temporary or permanent recruitment solutions across all sectors - so it’s a huge field out there…Your team is based at the between Wakefield and Huddersfield and they are ready to source and supply on your promises - providing the best candidates into each and every role.
As Business Development Manager, you will have full autonomy to map, attend meetings and fill your own diary with appointments to attend as well as spending time in the office to build relationships internally, do database management and book in appointments to attend - this can also be done on WFH days.
Rest assured, no two days are the same in recruitment and with a fast paced and competitive environment, things evolve quickly – been on your toes is key and being able to adapt, react and work in a thriving environment is key. Your employer is part of a wider Group with first class infrastructure and budgets etc inc Marketing materials etc which are all at your disposal.
We can consider applications for Business Development Managers who work in and outside the recruitment agency setting. Its more important that you enjoy sourcing and 'bringing on' vacancies through a proactive and positive style and work ethic must be professional and friendly.
Salary is around £35k plus bonus DOE.
