We are looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our very well-established All Age Eating Disorders Servicebased in Maidenhead on a part time ( hours) basis.

You will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of care plans, and activities to support young people referred to the Berkshire CYP Eating Disorders Service.

Our service, covers Berkshire with two community clinics which are community out-patient services that provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for young people under the age of 18 presenting with an eating disorder, including where these disorders are co-morbid with neurodevelopmental diagnoses.

We are big on staff development and offer both internal and external training opportunities.

The service operates 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday so your hours would fall within this.

Main duties of the job

Therole includes delivering care to young people both individually and ingroups,on site or via digital will be expected to work with this complex patient group without direct supervision,butreporting to and in collaboration with senior colleagues, todeliver a high standard of evidence-based care and treatment in order to maximise each young person's individual potential..

This post includes workingwith families and/or carers in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary teamand also with community CAMHS,children'ssocial care and other Local Authority and voluntary sector Service is an integral part of the wider specialist CAMHs service in Berkshireand is managedalongside and closely linked tothe CAMHS Specialist Community Teams.
