As Regional Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategic direction and daily operations of 14 Autocentres, overseeing one of our most successful regions. Leading a team of Autocentre Managers, your primary focus will be on fostering team engagement, motivation, and performance, while driving an exceptional customer experience across your region.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the complexity of a region with sales, colleague development, implementing initiatives, change implementation and collaborate with the wider business.
  • Engage and inspire the region of circa 100 colleagues to consistently drive for results.
  • Identify areas for financial growth and develop the strategy to deliver.
  • Deliver all regulatory compliance in line with company standards and government guidelines.
  • Manage change implementation as the business innovates and transforms in line with market expectations.
  • Guide and coach your teams through their full P&L responsibility and track, monitor and manage perform.
  • Create a performance culture, building high performing ambitious teams.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Ability to lead, engage and motivate a team 
  • An exemplar of a great customer experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Track record of meeting compliance standards across health and safety and a Centre environment
  • Evidence of delivery on great customer metrics 
  • Must hold the Authorised Examiners Delegate (AED) role for MOT
