Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager with a strong technical background to oversee our operations in London Area. This role will focus on managing relationships with high-demand clients, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and managerial skills, enabling them to lead teams effectively and meet the complex needs of our clients, we are looking for someone from a Facilities Management sector/ Building services/ Property service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers to achieve regional targets, ensuring the successful execution of business strategies and goals.

* Ensure all branches adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures, driving consistency in service delivery and customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify growth opportunities within the region, both in terms of market share and profitability.

* Oversee regional budgets, cost controls, and profitability, working closely with finance teams to monitor performance.

* Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in line with business goals.

* You will be required to run Contract

* Build a team of your own

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a regional or senior management role within either HVAC, Electrical, Fabrics or drainage sector

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a multi-site team

* Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

* Experience working with a high demand of clients
