  • Collaboration: Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to provide holistic support for students. You will be an integral part of the school's support network, working to ensure that students have access to the resources they need.

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Keep detailed records of student progress and the impact of interventions. You will regularly report on student outcomes and work with the school to adapt strategies as necessary.

  • Parental Engagement: Work with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and to encourage their involvement in school activities and their child's development.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with young people, particularly in a supportive or mentoring capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with students, staff, and parents.
