Looking for a new role with more progression? Are you an agent looking to get into New Homes? Want to sell to an international market? Then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you My client is looking for Property Sales Consultants to work on this brand new scheme in East London

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through the home buying process, working directly from the marketing suite. You will provide exceptional service, build relationships, manage sales processes, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective buyers.
  • Conduct model home tours.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage sales processes and negotiations.
  • Stay informed on market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Participate in community events.

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience, within property is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to understand architectural plans and financing.

Benefits:

  • Up to £30k basic, £55k-£60k+ OTE.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • 9:30-5pm working hours.
  • 2 Consecutive days off in the week.
  • 1 full weekend off a month.
