We are working with a leading new homes housebuilder to recruit a Sales Negotiator to work on site in the sales office. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling 2 - 5 bed new homes five days a week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and advise potential customers
  • Consider the marketing and presentation of the development
  • Progress sales and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
