Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Oxfordshire. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales and acting as the primary point of contact for prospective house buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell New Homes by following up leads and booking viewing appointments
- Track and respond to all leads and enquiries
- Show potential clients around properties
- Control the sales process and liaise with mortgage consultants and solicitors to ensure a smooth sale
- Negotiate and secure sales
- Ensure potential buyers are financially qualified
- Update internal CRM systems
Requirements:
- Experience in New Homes Sales with a Residential Developer
- Ability to build relationships and deliver sales in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
