PositionOverview:We are seeking a skilled and experiencedProject Manager to join our dynamic team. The Project Manager willbe responsible for overseeing and managing various projects withinour leisure facilities ensuring they are completed on time withinbudget and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in project management excellentleadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding leisureexperiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Managingprojects through lifecycle from conception tocompletion
  • Lead the planning execution andclosing of multiple projects simultaneously including but notlimited to facility expansions renovations and new attractioninstallations
  • Develop comprehensive projectplans including scope schedule budget resources risk management andcommunication strategies
  • Coordinatecrossfunctional teams and external contractors to ensure alignmentand collaboration throughout the projectlifecycle
  • Monitor project progress identify andaddress any issues or obstacles and implement corrective actions asneeded to keep projects on track
  • Conductregular project meetings to provide updates gather feedback andfacilitate decisionmaking processes
  • Manageproject budgets track expenses and report on financial performanceto stakeholders
  • Ensure all projects comply withrelevant regulations safety standards and industry bestpractices
  • Foster a culture of innovation andcontinuous improvement within the project managementteam

Requirements:

  • Provenexperience (5 years) in project management roles (candidateswithexperience in the leisure or engineering industries highlypreferable)
  • Demonstrated ability tosuccessfully manage complex projects from initiation to completiondelivering results on time and withinbudget
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams to achievecommon goals
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage withstakeholders at all levels
  • Flexibility to adaptto changing priorities and work effectively in a fastpacedenvironment
