Attend any meetings, with Stakeholders and DHCW colleagues ensuring any planning and preparation is complete before the meeting. Work within the Standard Operating Procedures ensuring product objectives are met. To provide regular reports to Stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of the IT services provided. Provides feedback on new processes and procedures.

To contribute to the development of project plans. To organise pilots to test and evaluate. Develop and deliver training and advise on changes to processes. To contribute to the implementation of national or local initiatives.

To contribute and provide regular reports to colleagues and Stakeholders on progress against agreed plans. To produce evaluation reports with recommendations which will influence the development of solutions. Responsible for the preparation and drafting of reports. Maintain appropriate registers, information systems and implementation plans.

The post holder will manage their own detailed priorities. Attend Project Meetings when requested. Be able to travel across sites in Wales. One role based in South Wales and one in North Wales.
