The Role:

You will play a crucial role in representing and advancing the careers of our clients diverse roster of talent. Leveraging your expertise in talent management, industry knowledge, and client relationship management, you will serve as a strategic advisor and advocate for their talent, guiding them towards fulfilling opportunities, creative collaborations, and long-term success.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated manager for a portfolio of talent, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
  • Understand each client's unique background, skills, strengths, and career aspirations, and develop customized career plans and strategies to support their growth and advancement in their respective fields.
  • Provide ongoing support, guidance, and mentorship to talent on career decisions, project opportunities, and professional development, helping them navigate the complexities of the industry and achieve their goals.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities, projects, and collaborations for talent across various platforms, including film, television, digital media, endorsements, live events, and brand partnerships.
  • Pitch talent to casting directors, producers, brands, and industry decision-makers, showcasing their talents, abilities, and suitability for specific roles and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, deals, and agreements on behalf of talent, ensuring fair compensation, favourable terms, and alignment with their career objectives and values.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent management
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, including film, television, digital media, and live events, with knowledge of industry trends, casting processes, and talent representation practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with talent, industry professionals, and internal teams.
