The Talent Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our clients broadcasters and presenters. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for the media industry. The Talent Assistant will work closely with the Talent Manager and other production team members to ensure that all aspects of talent coordination run smoothly.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of broadcasters and presenters for various shows and events. Ensure that all talent is informed of their schedules, call times, and any changes in a timely manner.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for talent as needed. Ensure all logistical details are handled smoothly and cost-effectively
  • Provide on-site assistance during live broadcasts, recordings, and events. This includes managing talent needs, ensuring they have the necessary resources, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and expense reporting. Maintain accurate records of talent agreements, releases, and other essential documents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with broadcasters and presenters. Assist in addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the media industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling software.
