About the Company:

Inspiring Interns was founded in 2009, at a time of uncertainty, dismay and recession. Our CEO noticed young job seekers were having trouble finding their first graduate job or internship. Companies were keen to recruit young ambitious talent but didn’t know where to find it… which is when the vision of a video CV was born.


Inspiring Interns & Graduates was the first recruitment company to use this innovative technique, which has led to placing over 7,500 graduates into the workplace, proving very successful. This is your chance to play a role in furthering our journey


The Role:

Based in Farringdon with a hybrid working structure, as a Talent Development Executive, you will discover and support graduate talent to place in roles within and around London.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building relationships with candidates, clients and stakeholders and becoming an ambassador of our brand
  • Providing excellent consultations with candidates in order to find the perfect role for them
  • Using excellent writing skills to curate weekly campaigns to send to candidates looking for new roles
  • Using Bullhorn, our internal CRM system, as well as external job boards (such as Reed, LinkedIn and Indeed) to find the best graduates in the market
  • Speaking on the phone to candidates for career consultation, guiding them through the registration process (including video CV advice), and interview preparation
  • Assisting the Account Management team by contacting shortlisted candidates or suggesting potential candidates for current roles
  • Editing Video CVs and uploading them onto our CRM system


About You:

  • You will be a first-class communicator, demonstrated through a professional and confident telephone manner
  • You are extremely organised and can learn quickly to adjust to our systems and equipment
  • You are friendly and sociable, thrive working in a team, and have ease in building relationships with candidates and our in-house account managers
  • You have fluency in English with exceptional grammar
  • You have impeccable attention to detail CV proof reading
