Talent Management Lead

Office requirements: 4 days a week in the office

Location: Oxfordshire/London

Salary: Competitive base plus bonus and benefits

Eton Bridge Partners are working with a high profile, ambitious organisation to help them appoint their first Talent Management Lead. There is a huge amount of transformation and change ahead so now is the ideal time to join and grow with this company.

This role will report directly into the Head of Talent and Learning. It will provide expert technical advice, drive change and influence others to deliver industry leading talent as aligned with the people strategy.

This role will be responsible for creating and taking ownership of the talent management strategy and delivering on it for colleagues from entry up to leadership level.

The candidate:

  • HR professional, with a strong track record in specialist Talent Management roles.

  • Strong leadership and influencing capability

  • Given the complexity of the business, and the expectation to constantly navigate across both the breadth and the depth of the organisation, this role requires strong analytical and data skills, with the ability to make the complex, simple.

  • Delivery focused; able to get things done through influence, collaboration and by earning the trust and respect of those around them

  • Capable of leading through ambiguity, you will enjoy working in a fast paced, complex environment. Experience of operating in a similar ‘start up with scale’ type environment will be useful

  • Autonomous, self-starting, ambitious individuals with strong expertise in talent management, low ego and high EQ will thrive in this role.

Please note - only apply if you are happy to work in the office 4 days per week, and work between London and Oxfordshire as needed.

Disclaimer: Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities. As much as we endeavour to respond to each application, we would advise if you have not received communication within 10 working days then your application has been unsuccessful at this time.
