You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence for our clients roster of digital creators and influencers. Leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and relationship management, you will identify and secure strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with their clients' objectives and drive mutual value.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for brand clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
- Understand client objectives, target audience demographics, and campaign goals, and develop customized partnership proposals and activation plans that align with their brand vision and marketing objectives.
- Provide regular updates, insights, and performance reports to clients, ensuring transparency, accountability, and client satisfaction throughout the partnership lifecycle.
- Identify and prospect potential brand partners and sponsors that align with the interests, values, and audience demographics of our digital creators and influencers.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage brand clients, showcasing our talent roster and articulating the value proposition of collaborating with our agency.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of brand partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives, talent preferences, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including talent management, creative, and production, to develop comprehensive campaign strategies and activation plans for brand partnerships.
- Coordinate the execution of partnership campaigns, including content creation, publishing schedules, and campaign logistics, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of exceptional value to brand clients and talent.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in brand partnerships within a talent agency
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices, with expertise in identifying and securing brand partnerships and sponsorships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with brand clients, talent, and internal teams.
