We're looking for a highly organised individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to provide the best in class broker & agent experience within the everyday sales function of our serviced and managed office business. Industry experience is not essential, you will be joining a small team where training is provided.

As a Sales Manager, you will be key in building and maintaining partnerships with brokers and agents, driving business growth and market presence. Your responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, from handling incoming inquiries to conducting viewings and closing deals. You will ensure a strong pipeline of inquiries from brokers across London.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales, Broker & Agent Relationship Management:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to viewing, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
  • Manage the entire serviced office portfolio in London, maintaining high occupancy rates.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing and potential partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for brokers & agents, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly.
  • Reviewing inbound leads and qualify clients correctly to schedule property viewings
  • Arranging viewings on behalf of the consultants
  • Ensuring brokers & agents are aware of portfolios current and upcoming availability
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business and align our services with their objectives.
  • Attend events to develop relationships
  • Attending viewings when needed (ad hoc basis depending on the consultant’s availability)
  • Keeping notes and re-contacts up to date
  • Achieve monthly targets on leads and viewings
  • Conducting market research to identify pricing possibilities and customer demand


Business Development:

  • Identify new opportunities for collaboration with brokers and agents to expand our client base.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media and our broker & agent network
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth through broker & agent partnerships.


Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential areas for growth and market penetration.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market research.


Training and Support:

  • Provide training and support to brokers on our products, services, and systems.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by brokers, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the broker & agent experience.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, partnership agreements, and performance metrics.
  • Analyse data to track the effectiveness of broker relationships and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on broker performance and partnership progress.
